All phases involved complex multiple bid contracts and construction occurring simultaneous to occupancy. Project also included extensive interactive design, review and approval processes with community, landmarks, and local government agencies.

Sackler Center for Arts Education
New education center for school-aged children. Project includes computer equipped lecture and workshop rooms, new state-of-the-art media theatre, and staff offices.

Peter B. Lewis Theater Restoration and Modernization
Complete restoration and renovation of the original 300 seat multi-purpose theater designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Includes major structural modifications, ground water remediation, and integration of state-of-the-art audio-visual technology into a landmarked interior.

Guggenheim Museum Expansion and Renovation
Complete renovation and restoration of original Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece, including thermal/vapor envelope and mechanical upgrades and complete interior renovation, including restoration of large and small rotundas. The expansion includes new state-of-the-art exhibition galleries, offices, workshops and support facilities. This project involved a long range programming and planning phase and a successful review process encompassing complex environmental and zoning variances, landmarks review, and sensitive public and community review.
