Master plan for the entire new campus plus the design of the East Academic Complex and Bridge. Includes two performing arts theaters with complete backstage facilities, instructional wings for visual and performing arts, gymnasia, laboratories, swimming pool, cafeteria, and offices. Involved community, public, landmarks, and city government interactions and approvals. Complex multiple agency (DASNY, CUNY, MTA) project with Wicks Law public bids and over 30 contract packages.
