Biography
Before graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the School of Architecture and Planning at the University at Buffalo, Timothy began work with Alspector Architecture in 2008. Over the last 7 years at the firm he has gained considerable experience—from lead draftsperson, 3d modeler/renderer, and website curator to construction administration and field survey experience. He has worked closely with the firm’s Principal and Associates on multiple educational and institutional projects including the headquarters, treatment and wellness center for the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis as well as the multi-phased renovations and master planning of NYU Elmer Holmes Bobst Library’s Graduate Research Commons and General Purpose Classrooms. As design project manager and job captain for Grace Church School’s new High School, Timothy worked on the programming, site selection and viability study for the school as well as each phase of construction and most currently on approvals for the fourth floor gymnasium. He also worked as lead draftsperson and job captain on a lecture hall renovation project at NYU. Currently, Timothy as project manager is completing the science suite renovations as well as signage/wayfinding for The Town School. Timothy has also worked with Silberstang Lasky Architects providing drafting and construction administration services on numerous high-end residential and corporate fit-out projects.
